WHAT IS
PHYSIOTHERAPY?
Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession focused on assessing, diagnosing, and treating conditions that affect movement, function, and physical wellbeing. Physiotherapists use evidence-based techniques to help people recover from injury, manage pain, improve mobility, and support long-term physical health.
At Dunsborough Family Chiro & Physio, our physiotherapists provide personalised care tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, movement education, strength and mobility programs, and advice to support recovery and injury prevention.
Our physiotherapist, Savannah, also provides Clinical Pilates sessions designed to support strength, stability, posture, flexibility, and injury rehabilitation. Clinical Pilates is individually tailored and may be incorporated into your treatment plan to help improve movement control and support long-term physical health.
Physiotherapy may assist with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, sporting injuries, joint stiffness, postural concerns, workplace strain, and recovery after surgery or injury. Our goal is to help you move comfortably, function confidently, and stay active in everyday life.
